Is there another game that turns real-life individuals into heroes in the way that the Football Chief series does?

Adu, Freddy – In 2003, Freddy Adu was simply 14 years old. The American could be acquired for free, but was almost impossible to get a effort permit for and required seasons of patient waiting.
