The name of Sally Bercow's hat at the royal wedding?

Anybody understand the name of the type of hat that the wife of John Bercow, Sally Bercow, wore at the royal wedding? It was a midget hat that i know Coco Chanel designs.

I don't positive about the Coco Chanel aspect of Sally's design, but rather than a hat, they're basically called a "fascinator". They are "almost-not-hats" and are essentially elaborately decorated headbands.
