Well not one unambiguously from the royal wedding of William and Kate, but i mean a hat that looks be like to there designs, almost like Kentucky Derby hats, any links please? Thanks, and stores and boutiques that trade them would be very helpful!

You can buy those hats at any hat stock that sells "church" hats. Find a church that has "administrator coverings" as one of their practiced rules, & I guarantee you'll find those august wedding hats.
