what is the most modern/hi-tech city where you'll still find lots of people in western wear (hats/boots etc)?

angel the western style but have a hi-tech career. want my kids to be around others in wranglers/hats/boots while also making a sound living as a single parent. what city has a strong info tech post and still a country feel?
Even in Texas you see almost no one in Western have. In many trips to Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, Oklahoma Burgh, Tulsa, Nashville, Calgary, Houston and Amarillo, I cannot recall seeing any except at shows.
