What western movie contains the quote similar to "I'd wear her ass as a hat."?

I recall watching it quite a few years ago, five to ten maybe even. I just about, at least at the time, the movie was pretty funny and I enjoy westerns so ratiocination I would try to find it, but I'm stumped.

The *** would stand for the three letter word for meddle.
