Does anyone know where to buy a long black knit tank style dress for the beach?

I am looking for something that I saw in Victoria furtive years ago (they do not now). It's a long, flowing to knit on her best bib in a tank / cover up style. It was solid black, ankle and would be great to wear to the beach at night.
